The room was bug-free, which was a relief, and I appreciated that the Canterbury was available and open. The amenities like the microwave and minifridge were functional and added convenience. Also, the pool area was sparkling clean, making it enjoyable to relax after a long day.

However, the furnishings felt outdated and could use a refresh.

Unfortunately, I had a distressing experience with roaches that made the bathroom unusable. The smell in the room was unbearable, and I couldn't wait to leave. When I requested some assistance, the staff was rude and accused me of trying to manipulate them for refunds.

The bathroom had some issues too, with the commode lacking enough force to flush properly. I ended up adding water from the tank each time to get it to work. Unfortunately, I also noticed that the outdoor pool looked murky and desperately needed cleaning. Breakfast timing didn’t align well with my schedule since it started too late for me to grab anything before heading to work. I would have liked to have better dining options available on the property, especially since the restaurant was closed down. Overall, this place could use some serious TLC to enhance the experience.
